Florida Land Fund Holdings currently owns over 200,000 square feet of industrial properties and several land parcels under development throughout the state of Florida. Crossroads Construction Management focuses on pre-construction analysis and administration, entitlement services, and construction management for properties and developments throughout the country.

Crossroads Development Partners was founded by Michael Nortman. Mr. Nortman has been involved in the development of over $1 billion in real estate representing over 1.5 million square feet, 2,000 residential units, and over 1,500 acres of land across the United States.
