Crossroads Development Partners' principals, Michael Nortman and Adam Firsel, have been involved in the development of over $1.5 billion in real estate representing over 1.5 million square feet, 2,000 residential units, and over 2,000 acres of land across the United States. The principals of Crossroads have closed an aggregate amount of $1.25 billion of project loans, mezzanine transactions, equity investments and dispositions over the last six year. With Florida Land Fund Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Crossroads, Crossroads currently owns over 200,000 square feet of industrial properties and several land parcels under development throughout the state of Florida.
